Gulfstream Petroleum Energy Trading's (GPET) General Business Principles govern the way our company conducts its affairs.
GPET's primary objective is to efficiently, responsibly and beneficially manage its activities in the areas of oil, gas, lubricants and other related businesses.
We believe that oil and gas are essential in energy needs for economic development in the decades to come. Our role is to ensure that we provide them responsibly and cost-effectively, both socially and environmentally.

Gulfstream Petroleum Energy Trading insists on honesty, integrity and fairness in all aspects of our business and expects the same in our relationships with all those with whom we do business. The direct or indirect offer, payment, solicitation or acceptance of bribes in any form is totally unacceptable. Employees should avoid conflicts of interest between their private activities and their role in running the company’s business. It is the responsibility of the Executive Committee to lead by example, ensuring that all employees are aware of these principles, applying them fully and acting accordingly.
As part of the strengthening system, it is management's responsibility to provide employees with secure and confidential channels to raise concerns and report instances of non-compliance. In turn, it is the responsibility of Gulfstream Petroleum Energy Trading employees to report alleged violations of the Business Principles to the company's Executive Committee.
The Business Principles are fundamental to the proper conduct of our businesses and living by them is crucial to our continued success.
